Dilwale– A Family Entertainer
Director:
Rohit Shetty
Producer:
Gauri Khan
Cast:
Kajol, Shahrukh Khan, Kirti Sanon & Varun Dhawan.
Duration:
154 Minutes
Shahrukh
Khan (Kaali a.k.a Raj) dwindles between his past and present, taking care of his
younger brother Veer (Varun Dhawan). His life changes again when his past love
re-enters into his life in the form of Meera (Kajol) whose sister Ishita
(Kirti) is in a relationship with Veer.
The
entire movie revolves around how Raj/Kaali is trying to get over his past fixing
his brothers love which in turn leads to finding his love.
The
best part of Dilwale story is it is very basic, predictable and designed in a
way to entertain audience. It has all the elements of formula Rohit Shetty movie
i.e romance, witty humor and some mind blowing stunts.
The
romance part has taken a new leaf in this particular movie and all credit to
the most romantic pair in the Bollywood Shahrukh-Kajol and their chemistry
which is still so refreshing.
Speaking
of other aspects, music of the movie played a huge role in its success, songs
like (Gerua & Janam Janam) which are beautifully composed by Pritam,
equally sung by Arjit Singh.
Go
for Dilwale this weekend, one thing for sure is you will be entertained thoroughly.
My Rating: 3.5/5
